2.	Education	This category refers to the use of technology to provide equitable access to quality education, empower marginalized communities, and foster lifelong learning opportunities for individuals and communities. These initiatives may focus on addressing systemic challenges, bridging educational gaps, and empowering learners to acquire the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.	2
3.	Environmental Sustainability	This category recognizes initiatives leveraging technology to address environmental challenges, promote sustainability, and mitigate the impacts of climate change. These initiatives may focus on renewable energy, waste management, conservation efforts, water sanitation, sustainable agriculture, or any other innovative solution contributing to environmental sustainability.	2
4.	HealthTech	This category recognizes initiatives harnessing technology to improve healthcare access, delivery, and outcomes, thereby enhancing public health and well-being. These initiatives may include telemedicine platforms, health monitoring devices, medical diagnostic tools, patient management systems, or solutions building equitable access to health care through tech and other healthcare innovations.	2
5.	Livelihood	This category recognizes initiatives leveraging technology to empower individuals with skills and enhance livelihood opportunities, thereby fostering financial inclusion, economic empowerment, and inclusive growth. These initiatives focusing on income generation, employment opportunities, skill development and trainings, access to productive resources, including land, capital, technology, information, networks, etc.	2
6.	AI for Social Good	This category recognizes initiatives that leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to address pressing social, environmental, or humanitarian challenges. These initiatives should harness the power of AI technologies to create positive impact, advance human welfare, and contribute to sustainable development goals.	2
7.	Cybersecurity	This category recognizes initiatives that leverage technology to address cybersecurity challenges, enhance digital security measures, and promote safe and secure digital environments. These initiatives may include innovative approaches to threat detection, data protection, encryption, secure coding practices, risk management, cybersecurity awareness, and education efforts.	2

1.	Social Innovation through CSR	This category recognizes and celebrates organizations that demonstrate a strong commitment to investing in innovation and technology to create a positive social impact through CSR programs. These initiatives should extend beyond financial contributions, highlighting innovative approaches that embody social innovation and entrepreneurship, aiming to promote sustainable development and drive social impact.	2
2.	Tech Volunteering	This category recognizes organizations that demonstrate exceptional commitment and impact in leveraging technology through volunteering initiatives to address social, environmental, or community challenges. These initiatives may include innovative approaches and meaningful contributions made by employees who utilize their technological expertise to create positive change and make a difference in society.	2
3.	Public and Private Collaboration	This category recognizes private organizations that have partnered with government bodies and other stakeholders to implement technology initiatives for societal well-being in India. It honors organizations tackling complex issues through systemic change, ensuring scalable and sustainable solutions. These initiatives must showcase the combined strengths and resources of both sectors to drive innovation and create inclusive solutions that benefit communities nationwide.	2

Can I submit my application in any language?

Entries must be submitted in English only.

Can I select more than one category?

Yes, you can select more than one category in a segment, but not more than two categories in a segment.

Who is eligible to participate in the Awards?

The entity must have a registered presence in India for minimum of five years as on March 31, 2024, for all categories.
Entities, MSMEs, Startups, NGO’s, Government Organizations and Large – Scale Organizations can apply for the Awards.
Product/Solution/Initiative submitted must be launched between April 01, 2022, to March 31, 2024.
Entries must comply with any applicable standards of safety or quality certification (only if required).
Product/Solution/Initiative that are at ideation or prototype stage cannot apply.
The entry submitted must fulfil any one of the following three criteria’s:

For-Profit
Not-for-Profitt
Corporate

For-Profit : The entity must have a valid MSME/DPIIT/Incorporation Certificate/GST certificate.
For Social Enterprise/MSMEs: The entity must have an annual turnover not exceeding INR 250 crore as on March 31, 2024.
For Startups: The entity must be within ten years from the date of incorporation/registration, with turnover not exceeding INR 100 crore for any financial year since incorporation/registration as on March 31, 2024.
For Not-For-Profit: The entity must be registered under the Indian Trust Act, 1882, Societies Registration Act, 1860, or as a Section 8, Companies Act 2013, and must not be a part of any Corporate.
For Corporate: The entity must have an annual turnover of more than INR 500 crore as on March 31, 2024. Corporate Foundation and Foundation backed by/ part of a Corporate can apply in this segment.

How do I apply for the Awards?

You can apply for the Awards by completing the application form.
To apply for the Awards, you must first go through the Terms & Conditions. Once done, select the segment and category relevant to your product/solution/initiative and submit the application form.

Can I submit multiple applications under the Awards?

Yes, you can submit more than one application form, provided they are for different categories. You must select the category under the segment relevant to your Product/Solution/Initiative.

Is it mandatory to provide supporting documents?

Supporting documents are mandatory to verify your application details. We recommend providing as much information as possible to strengthen your submission, including relevant documents / attachments.
Supporting documents must be in the following formats only – pdf, doc, jpeg etc. Size of each document cannot exceed 2 MB.

What happens to my application once it is submitted?

Your application will first be reviewed for completeness, eligibility, and compliance with application guidelines. Incomplete and ineligible applications will be rejected without further review. Applications that meet the eligibility criteria will be further considered for the Jury rounds.

Is there an application fee associated with the Awards?

There is no application fee associated with the Awards.

Can I make changes to my application after it has been submitted?

Once the application form is submitted, you will not be allowed to make changes to it. Hence, please review the information provided in the application form before submitting.

Can I fill my application form offline?

No, the application has to be completely filled and submitted online. However, we have a 'save as draft' option that will enable you to fill the application form at your pace and submit post completion.

What is the deadline for submission of entries?

The deadline for submitting your application form is July 22, 2024.

When will the Awards results be announced?

The results will be announced on the day of the Award Ceremony which will be held on September 24, 2024.

Will there be one winner for each Award category?

There will be one or more winners selected in each category based on the Jury’s decision.

How do I know if my application has been shortlisted and if I am required to provide any additional information?

If you are shortlisted, the Awards management team will contact you requesting for additional information, if required.
